JULY PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payments: A new Seabreeze account number has been assigned to all owners; your new account number is noted at the top of a letter than should have received.  Please be sure to reference this new account number on future payments.

Listed below are several options available to pay the monthly dues. The July statement was sent mid-June with regular assessment charges only and may not accurately reflect the balance due. Balances carried over from the previous management company will be reflected on your statement once all documents are received.

  1. Checks – May be sent payable to "Laguna Audubon 2", c/o Sunwest Bank, P.O. Box 25189, Santa Ana, CA, 92799-5189. Please write your new Seabreeze account number on your check in the memo section.

  2. Direct Withdrawal – Free of charge. If your monthly assessments were automatically withdrawn by prior management, that process has been discontinued.  For July monthly assessments, please mail a check to the address above.  You will receive Auto Direct Debit instructions and an enrollment form from Seabreeze with your billing statement and you can enroll for future payments. Please pay for July assessments with a check.

  3. Bank Online Bill Pay – Please reach out to your Bank and update the mailing address to: Laguna Audubon 2 c/o Sunwest Bank, P.O. Box 25189, Santa Ana, CA, 92799-5189. YOU MUST ALSO CHANGE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PAYMENT TO YOUR NEW SEABREEZE ACCOUNT NUMBER NOTED ABOVE.

  4. Credit Card or Debit Card – Place a call to Seabreeze Customer Service Team at (800) 232-7517, option (1) or log into https://app.myseabreeze.com/login and sign in with the account number noted above.  Please note that a service fee will be assessed at the time of the transaction to process a credit card payment.
