Laguna Audubon II

Laguna Audubon II Master Association is a common-interest development located in the beautiful city of Aliso Viejo in southern Orange County, California. Standing at the north end of Aliso Viejo, the Master Association is comprised of 1681 residences (691 are single family homes and 1042 are condominiums). The condos are divided among five unique developments, each governed by its own sub-association. Laguna Audubon II members are also members of the city-wide Aliso Viejo Community Association (AVCA) and benefit from the amenities offered by that organization.

Laguna Audubon II prides itself as being a premier family neighborhood, fostering a strong sense of community. Residents enjoy strolling through the community walking their dogs, pushing a stroller, or simply taking in the vistas from a nearby park bench. The common areas boast of over 4,000 trees offering a forest-like environment.

The Association is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five members elected to two-year, staggered terms. There are ten Districts in the community, each electing a delegate to represent its interests and to elect the Board of Directors. The Board meets monthly to conduct business and address homeowner concerns, with the meetings being open to association members.  Participation is encouraged.
